Terrible customer service- AVOID Turbo plan

I used SocialCaptain for 2 months. Started with the basic plan to see what it would be like. Was pretty satisfied so i upgraded to Turbo. It worked ONE WEEK, then nothing. I never reached the estimated number of followers they said and the turbo plan just did not work anymore after one week. So paying 99$ for that is NOT WORTH IT AT ALL...especially when the finance department and the customer service don't care about you when you ask for explanation. Would NOT recommend.

Billed me twice in 1 month and brought ZERO followers.

SocialCaptain brought me ZERO new followers and on top of that, they charged me twice in one month and I reached out asking why. It's been over a week and still, no one has gotten back to me. I've sent a few emails and reached out on their Live Chat but to no avail. I just went to their site and it looks like they've turned off their Live Chat service. Doesn't work, no customer service

I'm almost at the end of my trial and no automation activity has started yet. The team gave me a very warm welcome when I first signed up so I thought this service would be legit but they haven't even replied to my enquiries. I don't recommend SocialCaptain because their service doesn't work and they have poor customer service.

I have started with this company and on the second I got a notification on my Instagram account that I have shared my password with a 3rd party and I have to change it or my IG will be shut down. WAS good now sucks for some reason

I’m giving 2 stars instead of one because it WAS really good up until about last week or so. I now cannot change my Instagram password and have gotten no response lately from the service chat when before they had very good service. I’m not sure what happened but if it has to do with Instagram being messed up lately, the least they could do is say so or give refunds! They billed me for June already and I’m not seeing any results and can’t connect my account! Total BS! 😡

Horrible service

Horrible service. I don't have access to my account and I'm losing my money for 6 days. Because they have system errors and THEY ARE IGNORING MY MESSAGES!!!!!! DISRESPECTFUL!

Terrible service

Terrible service. No growth. No response in chat and a shadow ban from Instagram. Still waiting for a response on refund. Have mailed them 4 to 5 times still no response. TERRIBLE. Should be Zero stars.

No Growth

I purchased a subscription and saw zero growth. There were very minimal actions being performed on my account. When I reached out to them via live chat there was no response and after 6 days it still said my message hasn't been read. The customer service rep was away the entire time and you don't have the option of getting somebody else for live chat. I emailed them and after a couple of days heard no response. The only thing that was easy was canceling my account.
