Horrible service and staff are…

Horrible service and staff are incompetent take ages to reply to anything when they are meant to have live chat support. Paid for turbo and got a premium account and no one replied to refund requests or even to amend my account. Avoid at all costs.

Based on a 2 week premium account: Pro: + first few day account was slightly growing Con: - Stuff is lying about downtime of the servers (2 days in a row no actions from the bot) - The staff is fundamentally dishonest when it comes to the functions of the bots - Their Bot led to a Instagram warning (Speed of the bot: slow). - I checked the quality of the follwers. Saw a lot of good reviews and signed up…

Saw a lot of good reviews and signed up for an year! Worst choice ever, service just comments others posts for you and nothing else. Followers not going up and they never reply to emails! Ridiculous. Wondering if I can get my money back after a month.

I changed my password, but then I started to loose followers. I tried to contact customer service but if I do get a response, it seemed they were canned responses. Don't do it...

This service was a complete disappointment. My business serves a very particular and easily identifiable niche: African American females with beauty related interests. After adding targeted hashtags, gender filters and specific accounts to target, I still primarily gained followers who were 1) other businesses not individuals, 2) not African American, and 3) Male!!! The tech works but the humans don't

They have disappeared, not answering messages, still waiting for finance to resolve a mistake they made on my account but no answer. No longer a date on when the subscription will finish despite being billed and no results (even having optimised filters). They are impossible to approach and their use of VPNs or logging in from different US locations makes IG suspicious all the time. The tech and algorithms work but the humans behind it don't. Hello bad reviews, goodbye customer service.

0 stars. Incompetent, neglecting, backstabbing, unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend to anyone. Was also over charged and had problems with 3 active accounts being inactive. And absolutely NO customer service whatsoever! Absurd and revolting!

Horrible service / Scam / BAD for IG

Horrible service / Scam / BAD for IG I ordered the year long Turbo plan last week and two days later Instagram disconnected me for suspicious use. When I tried to update on Social Captian, it prompted me for an additional code to be added, of which Social Captain would not take. Despite them claiming to offer "dedicated support" for the Turbo plan, their customer service reps have not responded to ANY of my messages in live chat as well as email. Paying a plan that does not work and Customer service that ignores you

I used SocialCaptain for 2 months. Started with the basic plan to see what it was like. Was pretty satisfied so i upgraded to Turbo. It worked ONE WEEK, then nothing. I never reached the estimated number of followers they said i would reach (i was rather far from it and the turbo plan just did not work anymore after one week. So paying 99$ for that is NOT WORTH IT AT ALL...especially when the finance department and the customer service don't care about you when you ask for explanation and ...
