They stopped answering me after I contacted them about cancelling. They charged me for a whole month during which their service was not in use (and after I told them to cancel)! Have to check my statements again now to make sure they're not still charging and going to dispute their charge for that month that they ripped me off for.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. We are going to get a chargeback on our card and I suggest everyone else does too. Disgraceful and fraudulent to keep accepting new signups and payments knowing that their platform isn't working and completely dead. Used to work very well but not anymore

Used to work very well but now IG is detecting it and requests to change account password several times per day. Support is not existing, nobody replies to queries via chat or email...disappointed and annoyed. It's not worth it anymore.
