DO NOT USE. They ruined our Insta accounts!!!

DO NOT USE. At first everything seemed fine. the calm before the storm. They have a nice login portal. We managed to build up a few followers across 3 of our pages. Then we began to get messages from Instagram saying our account had been compromised and to change the password. We would change the password and have to repeat that 10-12 times a day!!!! By the way; we had the setting on slow, so putting Social Captain into anything faster would be utterly pointless. Social Captain claimed ...

Their support doesn't exist

Their support doesn't exist. They charged me even after I had already cancelled and when confronted, they just ignore me.

Used to work very well but not anymore

Used to work very well but now IG is detecting it and requests to change account password several times per day. Support is not existing, nobody replies to queries via chat or email...disappointed and annoyed. It's not worth it anymore.

I would give them ZERO stars if I…

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. We are going to get a chargeback on our card and I suggest everyone else does too. Disgraceful and fraudulent to keep accepting new signups and payments knowing that their platform isn't working and completely dead. Reading all these reviews I can see we all have the same problem/experience. Total lack of support, platform login error for Instagram (asks for confirmation code) and no way to unlink your Instagram account from the platform. I have ...

Horrible service and staff are…

Horrible service and staff are incompetent take ages to reply to anything when they are meant to have live chat support. Paid for turbo and got a premium account and no one replied to refund requests or even to amend my account. Avoid at all costs.
