I think the company went under or got…
I think the company went under or got banned and they didn't bother to let anyone know. Instagram requested I change my password and haven't been able to reconnect since. Support doesn't exist. Website is not usable.

Social Captain 100% Con Job
Social Captain like many people below have stated is a long con. No. 1. You will find most of the acquired followers are fake and not relevant to the filters and secondly will result in an IG shadowban or significant down turn in your IG reach. Our reach is now around 20% despite consistently posting high quality original content. What looks like initial success is just part of the social captain sales funnel to entrap on the subscription. Don’t suscribe! You will waste your money and time. I had to change my Instagram account several times because I was constantly getting messages from Instagram saying that SC platform violates their rules. Additionally, the robots were not working and I was not getting any followers or likes from them. The money and the time invested with SC was a waste. Also, I didn’t appreciate them telling customers that the Instagram messages will not affect their accounts. My account was blocked and ...

No response from support. 3 accounts are unusable and inactive with no way to connect back to instagram. We are out several hundred dollars for this month alone.

They stopped answering me after I…
They stopped answering me after I contacted them about cancelling. They charged me for a whole month during which their service was not in use (and after I told them to cancel)! Have to check my statements again now to make sure they're not still charging and going to dispute their charge for that month that they ripped me off for.

DO NOT USE. They ruined our Insta accounts!!!
DO NOT USE. At first everything seemed fine. the calm before the storm. They have a nice login portal. We managed to build up a few followers across 3 of our pages. Then we began to get messages from Instagram saying our account had been compromised and to change the password. We would change the password and have to repeat that 10-12 times a day!!!! By the way; we had the setting on slow, so putting Social Captain into anything faster would be utterly pointless. Social Captain claimed ...
