Lost my client 349 euros and my credibility for having recommended the subscription to Social Captain ! In a week from subscribing : saw no improvement, got prompted by instagram to change the password, had no customer service support, was not able to get refund for the subscription.

After they take ur money, your lucky if you get any HELP or responses from their team.
Especially from Angely, the head of customer service. Who apparently welcomes you to social captain (after you've paid) and introduces herself as the point of contact for any issues at all..... yea right! I messaged her June 3rd!!!!! System says she still hasnt even looked at my messages. Wonderful. They've laid out their site to be this amazing, highly rated service amongst reviewers. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD
Customer service is non-existent. I have tried to get in touch over and over with no response. Live Chat is always "away". I never even got my account working. After realizing I wasn't going to get a response I figured my initial payment was lost and deleted my account thinking that at least we wouldn't get charged moving forward. WRONG. A disappointing con
1 star, is 1 star too many. Spent a year curating my insta and gaining nearly 8,000 followers. Started using social captain so I could start to focus more on content now I am being contacted for lots of collaborations. In 72 hours I dropped followers, Instagram seems to of limited my account, and any posts I put up in that time frame gained about 50-%fewer likes in the first 24 hours than I would usually expect. No Longer Functional
A lot of the reviews here claim that Social Captain is a scam, but I'm not 100% on board with that. The growth I had for the first few days was frankly pretty amazing. I hadn't achieved that with any other growth service. But as other reviews indicate, it seems to be no longer functional. After about a week of using Social Captain, my growth completely stopped. It stopped performing any actions on my page and I received about 5-7 alerts from Instagram prompting me to change my password. ...

Probably defunct - AVOID
We've been paying the premium plan the last 3 months. Everything was great until a few weeks ago I started noticing that it kept booting me out of my instagram account and re-requiring the password. After hounding their support for the last couple weeks with no response, I've given up and decided to cancel our company's membership. Waste of $40. I'm assuming this company is defunct now and probably going to mysteriously disappear soon.

Terrible SCAM of a Service
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The service does work, but I have gotten blocked by instagram many times since using it. Most recently, I realized that I had not been able to connect my Instagram page to the the Social Captain platform. I had been disconnected for weeks, meanwhile, still paying for the service. I think the company went under or got…
I think the company went under or got banned and they didn't bother to let anyone know. Instagram requested I change my password and haven't been able to reconnect since. Support doesn't exist. Website is not usable.
