Beware: Stay away from them!

Stay away from them. Why: 1st Even if they will tell you again and again that Insatagram won´t block you, they will. 2nd If you want to cancel the cancellation buttons won´t work. Contacting their service doesn´t work neither. But they keep on charging. The only response I received after contacting them more than 3 times: "Someone from the billing department will contact you." This again is almost two weeks ago. Beware!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I used them in the past and cancelled my account and after about 6 months they have now started to charge my credit card again for a service that I don't use anymore. I cancelled my account with them 6 months ago. Do not give this company your personal details.

This website is a scam , I ordered the service for my instagram account , everything looks nice at first, the system seems professional ,the estimate calculator says I will have approximately 10000 new followers / mo and numbers of likes and comments with real people , I had it for one week, guess what , I have earned 0 follower, and when I tried to post a new post , Instagram temporary suspended my account too! If I can I will not even give a one star rating. Customer service is so bad, and when I activate the service sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. Ended up causing me to get a block from instagram. terrible and expensive service. PLEASE STAY AWAY

SocialCaptain is against ToS!

SocialCaptain is fully against Instagram's ToS. They tell you the opposite, but connecting this app with your Instagram account leads to blocked accounts. Don't use this service.

It is a phishing website guys

It is a phishing website guys. Keep yourself away of it. They actually have no service, you can’t have any contact with them, they say they wont charge you for the subscription if you cancel it in 24 hours, they actually do it immediately after they have your credit card info. They have as well a fake window telling you that the invoice is on your paypal billing (even if you used the credit card for the payment). Does not even deserve 1 star! The absolute worst customer service ever!!! Charged me twice for a service i never received and i never got my refund back. they NEVER respond. I am taking legal action against socialcaptain they are a scam and i hope you all take legal action too!

I paid for a one month subscription and they took my money but then cancelled my account. When I went to log back in the next day, it was like I never existed. Don't use!!!
