What do you like best? It's helpful to have access to the whole teams' diagrams and the fact that it's cloud based so you don't need to save on your desktop. What do you dislike? Since it is all online the system can sometimes be slower than I would like because you have to wait for the internet to catch up. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Ease of creating diagrams, 3D views and collaboration with your clients. Wonderful Program for Event Services

What do you like best? The software is very easy to use and their customer support is awesome. They are very willing to help and easy to work with. I love how accurate the diagrams are to the event space. It is essentially impossible to mess up a diagram. What do you dislike? Sometimes I cannot place items exactly where I want to because the system will auto place it for me. There is not an option to over ride the auto placement so you are kind of stuck with it.
