Great product overall, in need of just a few tweaks to be truly excellent!

What do you like best? I've used Social Tables at my previous venue and my current venue as replacements for older, less usable software. I've found their customer service is almost always above average and they are willing to make as many fixes as needed to get your floorplans up to where they need to be. They are generally quite quick to respond and do pretty well at maintaining personal relationships with their clients. What do you dislike? The BIGGEST downside to Social Tables ...

Cloud-Based Convenience for the Modern Meeting Planner

What do you like best? Social Tables is accessible remotely, so venues and clients can collaborate on diagrams away from their offices. This is definitely a step up from desktop-based systems that limit the user to one computer, and this platform falls in line with technological advances. There is also a 3D option available for planners who want to see their layouts come to life. What do you dislike? There are still some features/options that have not yet been made available or those ...

The most flexible and adaptable diagramming platform ever

What do you like best? The ability to share diagrams with clients, to allow them to upload their invite list and seat them. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike, this is a very adaptable application. Has other modules still to be considered What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to quickly customize a diagram for site inspections allowing us to help the guest visualize their event.

Game Changer

What do you like best? This has helped me seal the deal on meetings and ease my clients who have not been able to site the hotel before selection. What do you dislike? There is nothing negative I can say. It is so easy to use and gives me precisely what I need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Social Tables has made it easy for me as a Sales Manager to send diagrams without having to interrupt my Catering team.

Marketing Dream with Social Tables

What do you like best? Visually this is a great tool to use on your website to help in the assistance of promoting events at your venue. What do you dislike? We are not able to make updates to our content without contacting our account manager. They are usually fairly quick in making updates but it would be easier if updates were available on the platform. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is an excellent tool that will help the look and feel of your ...

Extremely Helpful w/ Clients!

What do you like best? I love the ability to create and load custom floorplans into the database for quick and easy reference when making floorplans for potential clients. The ability to also save floorplans as templates make it super convenient if I'm repeating something simple like a GS in schoolroom set or a meal room in max capacity. What do you dislike? I wish it was not so expensive to have new meeting room diagrams uploaded. I also there was a master floorplan we could edit on ...

Not necessarily improving for the better...

What do you like best? Social Tables is helpful to make event diagrams, however with multiple updates over the last few years it's hard to keep track of how to use it and do what you're trying to do. What do you dislike? Almost too many updates - I feel like every time I login to make an event diagram it's a different interface that I have to relearn when it worked well previously. The latest update has every old event listed as a legacy event and gives us trouble when trying to open ...
