User Friendly

What do you like best? Love that social tables is user friendly and has a good integration feature with our sales system What do you dislike? The diagrams are close to reality, but not 100% true to the space What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using this product provides a great visual sell for the guest from a corporate and social aspect.

Solid program for diagramming

What do you like best? Easy to use and useful for collaboration between venue, planners, and outside vendors. What do you dislike? It could just be user error, but I haven't found a way to directly copy a previous event/diagram. I have to add it to my favorites, start a new event/diagram, and paste it in. What do you like best? The task bar is very straightforward and easy to use. I love how customizable the floor plans are and the ability to share with other collaborators in real time. What do you dislike? I wish that items placed within the space would lock-in with each other better. The perfect tool for any event planner

What do you like best? I love being able to layout a design for any event no matter the scale - small gathering, large party, banquet, conference, meeting, wedding, etc. Social Tables is easy to use and easy to export any design created. What do you dislike? The cost for a subscription is a little expensive for me to use on my own but through my company due to the high usage was acceptable. The ability to make maps for our events is invaluable.

What do you like best? We can make maps for all of our events so the client can approve or request changes, and wee can make proposals for things we want to consider in the future. The help chat in the program is always wonderful to use. There is a real person ready, willing, and pleasant to walk you through any challenges you may be having with the program. Some features with lining up objects limits location. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick turnover of diagram from being user friendly. Good, but Help Desk leaves a lot to be desired

What do you like best? I like the interactive interface. It is easy to rearrange room diagram and very user friendly. What do you dislike? The Help Desk has taken a nose dive. It is no where near as good as it used to be. The representatives seem to not understand that question you are asking. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has given me the ability to diagram multiple rooms. It is time efficient and easy to use

Great product overall, in need of just a few tweaks to be truly excellent!

What do you like best? I've used Social Tables at my previous venue and my current venue as replacements for older, less usable software. I've found their customer service is almost always above average and they are willing to make as many fixes as needed to get your floorplans up to where they need to be.
