DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE DO NOT USE. Snapmuse have stopped communicating with me, failing to resolve a complaint. After refunding me for a previous erroneous charge (Free Trial Ending) Snapmuse then failed to cancel my subscription and one year later, charged me another full years subscription. Email complaint, with evidential emails sent to snapmuse requesting initial account cancellation have not been replied to. Snapmuse have so far refused to refund the charge. Date of experience: 21 May 2024
