"Easy to use and higly effective live chat tool"

What do you like best? Takes two-three hours to ramp up a new admin and less than 30 mins to ramp up a new agents. Easy to deploy and extremely easy to use. Great proactive triggering options. Good integration options. What do you dislike? Needs more work on the analytical side, missing some highend features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Robust and easy to use. It takes less than 30 min to get an new agent online and answering chats. What do you dislike? Wish that it offered call recordings.
