What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? You need chat on your site these days and they integrate with Big Commerce well.

"Pretty simple and straightforward software."

What do you like best? Easy to connect to salesforce, customize the mapping, set up more robust tracking, etc. What do you dislike? Visually it's not the cleanest interface. An easy to use tool for live chat that provides all functionalities

PROS: SnapEngage offers great ease of use for us and it is a very efficient web client that gives easy access to all the important functionalities. CONS: Intro texts can't be customized; there should be more options for such. Allso, it cannot be started manually, which is a drawback.
