Snap support have always been excellent providing a prompt and helpful response when I contact them, and today have helped me quickly re-install Snap Desktop and gain access to the software when my old laptop failed. Thank you.

Superb customer support

Superb customer support. Great platform both in terms of survey design features and analysis capability. The customer and technical support service is absolutely superb, very quick to reply and really helpful. The fact that you can easily get hold of someone over the phone or via email has been amazing. Very impressed.

Nothing beats Snap!

I have been using Snap professionally since version 4 in the late 90s - it is absolutely the best survey software. Lots of others make equally nice looking surveys, but Snap's analysis powers are far superior. Their customer service, training and resources are also excellent!Please ignore all of the 1 star reviews on here, complaining about surveys that others create using Snap is like complaining to a farm that the supermarket was closed!

Of all the software I use, the technical support for Snap Survey is the best. They are very responsive, make sure my questions get answered and I am talking/emailing with a real person.
