Snagit is a really simple tool that extends the capabilities of your normal screenshot and I use this a lot in my job working on a service desk because you have to often capture a lot of artifacts for documentation or to provide back to a customer. What do you like best about Snagit? Easy to use and versatile. I use it daily . Templates and image library is useful as well when creating graphics for variosu purposes. Very useful when creatign training videos.

What do you like best about Snagit? Snagit is one of the critical tools for my work life. I take many screenshots for a whole screen, window, or region covering only the stuff I want. I can also then make edits like crop as needed. I attach captured images in emails and texts when communicating with my teammates for products UX feedback. It also helps me communicate when I need help using company tools like requisition, expensing and so on. A picture talks thousands of words!

What do you like best about Snagit? I wish I would have run into Snagit a lot sooner as it has drastically improved my QA workflow! My old process included capturing screenshots using Snipping Tool, then opening the screenshot in Microsoft Paint to document the screenshot; I also had to manually keep track/remember of the order the screenshots were taken in.
