"Easy to Use Screen Capture Software"

What do you like best about Snagit? Snag It is substantially easier to use than the "built-in" tools offered by Windows such as the "Snip It" tool and makes it incredibly easy for a user to take a screen capture (both still image and video) and then quickly and simply modify (if needed) and save. Before I used it for the first time, I never realized just how useful a tool like this could be.

What do you like best about Snagit? I love the editor of Snaggit, it allows for post capture editing from cropping to adding annotation, symbols, arrows, indicators, etc... It was simple to install and comes with a host of amazing features out of the box. I use Snaggit daily to provide quick guidance on IT/IS helpdesk cases and to provide pictorial explainations within documentation. I've only ever had one issue which Customer Service was quick to respond to and resolve.
