"Easy Peasy"
What do you like best about Snagit? I have used it in a variety of job roles when I need to do quick tutorials where a screen capture (still or video) provides a better explanation than typing out instructions. It also allows for placing markers on the stills so that you can demonstrate step-by-step order of what to click on a particular screen. Tutorials like this are very easy to make and even easier for the user to understand directions.

"Efficient and Easy to Use"
What do you like best about Snagit? It's very efficient to use. In our line of work, we take screenshots of a lot of jobs (Google Maps, Photos, etc.) to show our install team where things are going and the install plan. Makes my life much easier.
