"Easy, exceptional screen grabs"

What do you like best about Snagit? Seamlessly works with the clipboard to capture images and then easy-to-use tools to give the image polish and impact. I use it daily (typically) and it's essential for my documentation (manuals, knowledge base, etc.). After buying it, it was simple to start using with my frequently used software (Word and Zendesk). Also, clicking tools has answered questions I had about how to do something specific.

What do you like best about Snagit? The recording feature. I can easily do a quick training video that not only is quicker for me vs. setting up a Teams or Zoom and they have it for future reference.
