"Quick & easy tool for grabbing images for work projects"
What do you like best about Snagit? It is very quick to grab an image, annotate it, and use it in technical presentations. My favorite feature is the Capture a Scrolling Area rather than piecing multiple snips together. I use it frequently to have details at hand when researching a topic.

What do you like best about Snagit? The best feature is that quickly we can take screenshot from graphic designs and send to our clients when needed, or when we need a plan like mindmapping easily can use labels and texts on pictures.

"Long Time User of an EXCELLENT Product"
What do you like best about Snagit? Very Easy to use. Efficient. Low computer resource overhead. The Text & arrow features. Honestly, I've never even had to call their customer service department so I couldn't tell you about that. In my opinion, the absolute BEST Customer Support Team is the one you never need. I've used this software for over 15 years and I've NEVER had a problem. EVER.

"Indispensable tool if you work in customer support"
What do you like best about Snagit? It's very easy to take a screenshot and mark the important parts; squares, arrows, numbers, etc. I honestly don't know how I'd do my work in customer support without this tool. Now with the improved video capture where you can add voice, even better!
