What do you like best about Snagit? This is a great program that can quickly become an everyday tool in your toolbox. What do you dislike about Snagit?

A really simple tool for everyone!

PROS: It's a simple program that's readily accessible. It's not something that requires several clicks just to get the app to launch. I highly recommend they do something to expand their tutorials so users will get an in-depth view of the product. I noticed there were certain functionalities and use cases that I wasn't even aware of. It'd be nice to see videos or some comprehensive explanantion of what's included on the next version release.

"Screen Captures with SnagIt"

What do you like best about Snagit? SnagIt is very easy to use and provides a lot of flexibility when capturing screen shots. Depending on what you need to capture, SnagIt has options to fit. One of the hardest captures to get is a menu with a time delay and that isn't an issue in SnagIt. Also, setting the capture size helps maintain consistency in screen captures for use in Instructional Design materials. It makes capturing screens for simulations a breeze.

What do you like best about Snagit? SnagIt allows one step capture and place into so many options with one click. I can organize my captures in Screencast.com and have them ready for documentation. There are also excellent markup and editing tools. Additionally, I can do scrolling captures, videos and set up custom macros for specific capture types. They have wonderful tech support.

What do you like best about Snagit? This is probably the best screenshot tool that I've used. It automatically opens when I log in to my laptop each day, so it's always ready to go. It's easy to change the hot keys you want to use - for example, repeat the last capture. It also created video screencastings very simplified.
