"Perfect tool for trouble shooting and QA"

What do you like best about Snagit? The product is so versatile for screenshots, video screenshots, and error recording. I use the product mostly to report issues back to the development team as they happened, which DRASTICALLY improves repair and hotfix times.

"Easy screen capturing, easy fine-tuning"

What do you like best about Snagit? Several capture options allow you to capture a small region, a whole window, your entire screen, on-screen video, and much more. The included Snagit Editor makes adding slight retouches and call-outs a breeze, and the editor itself feels very "lightweight", meaning it doesn't hog all your system's resources the way full-blown Photoshop would.

"Snagit Editor is easy to use."

What do you like best about Snagit? I'm a Mac user, but I use a PC for work. Taking screenshots is easy on a Mac, but on a PC it's not really a convenient thing to do. However, Snagit Editor makes it easy! I also like that you can easily add arrows to point things out in your screengrabs.
