What do you like best about Snagit? I really like the snagit makes it super quick to capture, crop, and markup photos/screenshots of desktop software to send clients, and associates screenshots.

What do you like best about Snagit? I put together user guides for compliance software; I use Snagit to capture screen shots and add notes for the user. It makes for a clean professional presentation.

"Just what you need"

What do you like best about Snagit? It's no photoshop, but it's also .001% of the cost. It's easy to grab static screenshots, screengrab a scrolled page, and even turn a video into a GIF. I use it all the time for my PowerPoint presentations when I want something to look much more custom with little difficulty or time. But my favorite feature has to be removing a background - works wonders when you're trying to grab a logo from online for a deck.

What do you like best about Snagit? Having the Print Screen button map to the software makes it very easy to use. Snag It Editor has a lot of presets and built-in aspects that easily accommodate what most tech writers need out of our screenshots and images. The resulting images are high-quality.

"No other product offers the "cut out" option"

What do you like best about Snagit? One of the greatest advantages of this program is the ability to "cut out" unused space. If a report has too much white space, use the "cut out" option to horizontally or vertically "remove and close up" the unused area. I've manually cropped borders and moved imagery to retain the "look" of a application window, but SnagIt makes that a thing of the past with the "cut out" option.

What do you like best about Snagit? The quick-access widget, the interface, how stamps can be used including highlighting and cropping. Basically, everything is possible and it is all so quick and easy. Software is remarkably simple and intuitive to use. Video capture with upload to YouTube/Dropbox/Snagit storage in the cloud or local file is outstanding. Access to library of screenshots is so helpful for anything taken long ago you forgot to save/store somewhere.
