Snagit is all about making it easy for Person who understand a technology to visually explain and document it which is capturing video or image of sceen to demonstrate it properly to customer that is Offshore and onshore not diffcult to use the screen capture program for demonstration easily and this application is a preview window with adjustable pixel clarity, There are various types of screen selections you could do such as by region, full screen or scrolling window.

Screen shots look professional (no handdrawn arrows) and you can minimize the amount of words needed for describing but letting the photo and necessary arrows, circles, highlights, stamps speak for themselves. Can't live without it. Also keeps a history of screenshots and you can sort by date or website to find old screenshots easily.
