"Snagit tool makes Customer Service easier"
What do you like best about Snagit? I like that I can screenshot and email it directly from snagit. No downloading and pasting a clip. Makes it easy to respond to questions that are better and more easily answered with a visual than with words.

What do you like best about Snagit? This tool is extremely capable and lightweight. It is a standard for many teams across our org. Snagit has a wide array of capture and edit options that make it easy to capture and share screenshots with team members and customers. Personally, there are several features that I love. What do you like best? I like the ability to capture a picture and make blurbs, write over text, etc. I also like the option of recording short demos and sending the clips to colleagues so they can view it at a different time.
