What do you like best about Snagit? I think the main competitor to SnagIt is Microsoft's "Snipping Tool." Both make it easy to capture an area of your screen simply by outlining it with your cursor. The main difference, though is that the Snipping Tool is finished once the area is outlined. You save the clip and you are done. SnagIt, OTOH, opens a photo editing software and puts your clip into it so that you can add text, change the outline, change the lighting, change the colors, insert ...

What do you like best about Snagit? Ease of use, the option to edit the snip, option to write comments and instructions and the ease of sending through copy-paste. Most competitors only allow to snip but does not allow to comment.

What do you like best about Snagit? I've been using Snagit for a while now and I love how easy it is to do screenshots with it. It does just about everything a screen-capture app should do. The ability to customize the screen the way we want is fantastic and there are so many features that offer any users anything they want to do. I would recommend it without any hesitation!
