What do you like best about Snagit? I love the ability to edit, highlight, add text, box, circle, star, etc screenshots or pieces of screenshots to send my colleagues and customers. Great for highlighting important points and communicating clearly about why you are sending a particular screenshot. It has been very useful in troubleshooting IT issues for my customers.
