"Great for simple, direct documentation for end users, and technical users."
What do you like best about Snagit? I like its simplicity of design. I like the delayed capture, so that I can capture menu selection, or mouse-over URLs. And I like to do call outs to explain what selections mean and highlights to focus on what is important.

What do you like best about Snagit? It's not just a screen mapping tool, it's the facility to map screens, either as images or as video. The ease of editing them and the ease of creating new images based on other images.

"It's very simple to use and such a powerful tool."
What do you like best about Snagit? It's very easy to use. Typically, I just hit print screen and do my edits, copy and paste and DONE!!! I can add text, arrows, change font colors, and even add other images.
