Awful experience
Like another person said on this forum, we too were using SMSGatewayHub but yesterday they have stopped service without any prior notification to its customers which has led to a complete stoppage of our business related tasks. Awful service with very BAD customer support.

Worst customer service
We have been using SMSGatewayHub SMS and OTP services from couple of years. We didn't face any problem after configuring the Services but today (at the time of writing this review) there services are down from last 12 hours. They have not given any prior notification of downtime. There support team and sales team is highly UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE people. VERY VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
