"Great Tool to measure Customer Satisfaction"

What do you like best about SmileBack? The simplicity of the actions needed by customers makes this a winner. We went from 7-8 percent return to over 40 percent return just by switching to Smileback. Their support is quick to respond if and when you need them. Overall this product is very well thought out and works great for gathering feedback from customers.

What do you like best about SmileBack? Great tool to gauge the services we are providing to our clients. Our Account Managers take these metrics and reports to client meetings and not only are we as a company impressed, but so are our clients.
