What do you like best about SmartVault? Connected Desktop Features. Great customer service. Many years ago we switched from file cabinet cs. Happy with portal. What do you dislike about SmartVault? Cannot open multiple clients on Portal but can open multiple clients on Desktop What problems is SmartVault solving and how is that benefiting you? Accessible from anywhere.

What do you like best about SmartVault? All the statements and reports I need to keep each of my clients' books are kept in order, very easy to access, and above all, secure! What do you dislike about SmartVault? The upload interface for clients is less intuitive than the dashboard I can use as an admin. "SmartVault - smarter than our last portal"
What do you like best about SmartVault? The ease of which it is to use, the desktop application, the ability to drag in entire folder trees for uploading to client portals, the ability to custom secure folders by the user. It is great for us as we have multiple clients of which need multiple people / vendors to have access to their info but not have access to EVERYTHING. What do you like best about SmartVault? The product is a at a good price especially compared to some of the bigger name options. What do you dislike about SmartVault? I wish there an phone app for clients. Like any portal software there is a decent learning curve. What problems is SmartVault solving and how is that benefiting you? Secure portal system for clients to access tax returns and other documents.
