PROS: I have been loving this tool so far! I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and everything has gone on smoothly. Launching it on the site was very easy to do. We have even added our own touch to the chatbox by changing its color, adding our logo, and making a few tweaks to the overall aesthetics of the window. What do you like best about Smartsupp? I've been using SmartSupp for a couple of weeks now and have been very impressed with how easy it is to setup and get going. They already offer free modules for some of the top e-commerce platforms, however it is just as easy to insert their javascript into the footer of your application.
