What do you like best about Smartsupp? I believe the best thing is that Smartsupp also comes as an app, so you don't have to be stuck to your computer all day. It's also very user-friendly; you can use shortcuts, all previous conversations with the same user are easy to find. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Smartsupp is amazing however smart alert is recommended.
Smartsupp has really been amazing for live chat on website. one honest recommendation i can gladly suggest, is that, there should be alert on the phone app automatically when a user visit the website just like whatsapp inasmuch data is actively working. i guess for now it works like, one has to open the app first then subsequent messages can alert.
