"Sleek and easy to use."

What do you like best about Smartsupp? I love how smooth it is and easy to use. The features are lovely too. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Price is high...I feel it should also take freelancers into consideration. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? Attending to customers...not missing out on sales.

"The UI is a bit confusing."

What do you like best about Smartsupp? The notification is swift, I get notified even when the visitor opens their browser containing an opened tab. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? The UI is a bit confusing for new users. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? At the very least, I'm able to chat with visitors and even members on my platform when I missed their live chat, they return to view my message. This grows their confidence on my platform.

"Reliable chat module"

What do you like best about Smartsupp? The chat module works well with my website (wordpress), and when there is a campaign, it is especially useful. It can save a lot of customers who wouldn't have ordered otherwise because they are stuck on something. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? They raised the price and left the branding in. What do you like best about Smartsupp? It has all the functions that I required. Online chat with an amazing auto bot. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? I really cannot complain anything about smartupp. It works very well. I hope I can get more free bots though haha. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? The only thing I miss is the freedom to have a lot more endpoints available to fill them with my custom solutions. Some hotjar-like features would also be great, so I'd be able to disturb the user with my presence when I feel like he/she is the most convincable.
