What do you like best about Smartsupp? I like the users screen recording the most. It helps a lot in debugging website design. A chatbot is also a very useful tool. The chat window is highly customizable and therefore fits well with the style of the site. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Unfortunately, Smartsupp is still not integrated with Google Analytics 4. But this feature was promised in the future. I'm looking forward to that.
