What do you like best about Smartsupp? Very resourceful, it has a ton of features combined in 1 package that are charged separately on other platforms. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? I haven't explored this yet but I hope the chat page can be customised. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? We are creating a non-complex process for users on our site to locate what service they need and book them in.

What do you like best about Smartsupp? I really like that there is integration with Prestashop and in order to get started, you don’t need to know anything except install the module and create an account. I really like that all information about the client is automatically collected and all orders and the amount of orders are linked at once.
