What do you like best about Smartsheet? Smartsheet form and automation features have been invaluable in making our processes more efficient. I use Smartsheet daily and I have very rarely experienced technical difficulties. It has been easy to implement for processes/data collection inside of our organization and with our volunteers and partners. Anytime I have had an issue, customer support has been helpful.

What do you like best about Smartsheet? I like that it works like a live document and also has formulas integration. My favorite thing is that you can pull data from other user's sheets and it will populate into yours.

"Amazing functionality & extremely user friendly!"
What do you like best about Smartsheet? I love to use Smartsheet to keep track of all aspects of our projects. Having the Smartsheets in place allows us to share information easily across multiple departments and allows for everyone to make their updates as needed. The live updates combined with the automations that you can establish, greatly reduce the need to constantly ask for updates company wide.

"Easy for old and new to tech"
What do you like best about Smartsheet? I like the communication features like the comments and "activity". Being able to have a time stamp is better than most other systems. Also, being able to move things to different sheets saves me so much time (as well as the Zapier integration).
