What do you like best? That we can easily collaborate on Project and Financials within a tool across organizational boundaries What do you dislike? Not very enjoyable
What do you like best? Plenty of customization; it can be tailored to your visual ideal. What do you dislike? Navigating the various parts can become a little disorienting; there's not always an obvious path or connection between aspects. Easy to setup and collaborate!
What do you like best? Was extremely easy to setup our first shared sheet and work closer as a team. Really like the integration and feel of the application - it literally took minutes to start working! We're looking very forward to creating additional sheets and rolling out to more departments within our company. What do you dislike? Scrolling is slow, would love to have native app for Mac
What do you like best? This is extremely capable software and the ability to link between sheets and use survey forms is very nice. The mobile app is excellent. If they could bring some of the mobile app speed into a Mac native app it would be awesome! What do you dislike? Scrolling is slow on large sheets, and switching between sheets is delayed. Love Smartsheets
What do you like best? I love that it is easy to use, even people not computer savy don't have any issues. It is allowed us to retired all our old paper documentation, and everything is now done in one spot. Quick and easy! Also when we have issues, it is very easy to get them fixed, no wait time or down time in the system. Caused for confusion than anything
What do you like best? It is external from the other programs that we use such as workfront and salesforce. The color coding is nice What do you dislike? it is not very user friendly or easy to set up for a new employee. Helpful, easy-to-use tool
What do you like best? Easy to use, just like Microsoft Excel, so we get wide and quick adoption across global teams, with little training needed. What do you dislike? Smartsheet doesn't offer full project-management abilities, nor is it meant to. It is meant for organizing and sharing work, and it does that well. What do you like best? Ability to create functional spreadsheet and forms for use by multiple people. Ability to control edits and see history of modifications. What do you like best? Team collaboration is helpful - best document management with good history. Helpful calendar for reporting schedule. Not for meetings. Helpful Sights to have quick links. Works well for our needs, but lacks data analysis/reporting
What do you like best? Shared on a cloud among multiple users, can be edited simultaneously. What do you dislike? Wish there was a way to lock sorting to one particular column - for example, we have a date column that we constantly update and keep in descending order, so it would be nice if the sorting happened automatically as soon as the new date is entered (now have to go to sorting, click descending.
