Easy to use, flexible and dynamic

What do you like best? Smartsheet offers just the right amount of configuration flexibility without bogging down with too many complicated UI features like some other tools have. What do you like best? I appreciate the ease with which I can create a project, assign tasks, track progress, and communicate with my team. I also appreciate the ability to add attachments, making project meetings easier to facilitate. What do you dislike? We are a small non-profit and we also utilize Jira. A good tool for collaboration

What do you like best? The ease of use has to be high on the list, it is simple to use and share and intuitive. I also like the email notifications that can give you a very quick overview of status updates. What do you dislike? Difficult to find too many negatives. Perhaps it is because it is not used widely by my organisation but I find it difficult to locate content sometimes.
