What do you like best? The sharing of projects with external clients is easy. You can create a published version so that users don't need to consume a license or create an account. What do you like best? Ease of use. This product is simple but also has the ability to be very complex. I like how I can share with anyone without them having to add a license. What do you like best? I love the feature that allows your to input dates for different project tasks and insert prerequisites. What do you like best? To be honest, I believe there are way more advanced functionalities to SmartSheet that I could benefit from but am not familiar with. However, the sheer fact that we can have a project plan accessible by both internal and external (customer parties with ONE version of the truth has been huge for us.
