A useful tool, but could use some refinements

What do you like best? Easy to collaborate with others and to add people into a project. Initial set-up is easy and smooth. What do you dislike? Can take a while to learn the UI and workflow. Pricing is a little high. We did not integrate with single sign-on, which is probably a good idea if you are going to go campus wide. Smartsheet- the best collaborative tool I've ever used.

What do you like best? Smartsheet is the tool I've been looking for my whole life but didn't know it existed until I began working at my current company. It's real-time collaboration takes away hundreds of emails, while everyone is able to stay on the same page. It is the first thing I pull up after I open my work email every single day. The notifications and reminders are amazing and make project management so much more streamlined. What do you dislike? There is really nothing I have ...

It's super helpful to use and the app is VERY convenient.
