What do you like best? This product is very easy to use and works very well to track the information in a project. It is relatively inexpensive but helps a lot when you are trying to manage a project quickly. What do you dislike? We also use Procore and Smartsheet is supposed to be able to link the schedule directly into Procore. I have found that it is not a live link. What do you like best? It's easy to create planning, scheduling and task management documents, helps creating a picture of any project implementation. What do you dislike? What do you like best? A simple straightforward way to manage lists of items to accomplish. What do you dislike? Good for simple lists. Good for high-level project management

What do you like best? Smartsheet is good for high-level project management where you are managing and tracking projects at a higher-level. It's one step up from managing a project from a spreadsheet. it has extended functionality that makes it easy to manage dependencies, look at the project from a GANTT perspective, and group similar initiatives together. Smart sheet experience.

What do you like best? I appreciate the ability to be able to look at the entire project one one sheet. What do you dislike? It is not very user friendly and can be difficult to learn. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Smart sheet helps multiple stakeholders stay engaged on major projects. We have had the benefit of having all relevant parties stay in the loop because of the software.

Is like MS Excel but with super powers

What do you like best? I like that I can assign tasks and add alerts. What do you dislike? Some time is slow to move from one sheet to the other.
