Worth it

What do you like best? The flexibility within Smartsheet to use it for more than project management. (In addition to keeping my team's tasks on track, I've used the Gantt view for strategic planning. What do you dislike? The task reminders needs improving. All parent-task names are not included in the automated task reminders. Smartsheet- Taking your Spreadsheets, to the MAX

What do you like best? I love the collaboration and cloud aspects of smartsheet. Having the ability to collectively work on one document , while sending reminders for followups. Also love how it can tie to your email, track changes, and even do webforms. Truly Smartsheet is the way to go. What do you dislike? Maybe its just me, and my own stupidity. A simple (in a good way) and effective tool for Project Management and Collaboration

What do you like best? -Ability to share with unpaid user accounts is very useful -Nice standardized templates to get started -Form view for adding data because a it removes distraction allowing me to focus on one task at a time (whereas with sheet view I tend to jump around too much, and b for getting other users to update their part of a sheet (the update request feature uses this view by default and it's very effective. -Update request feature is a great way to track actions ...

Smartsheet is invaluable for managing our clients financial audit prep and workflow.

What do you like best? Smartsheet looks and acts like Excel, which makes it easy to onboard clients and users. We have pulled all staff out of emails when conversing with clients and out of Excel for their client checklists. Real-time collaboration has improved our efficiency and stress level! Loved using this product

What do you like best? Great product to use for project management. Good alternative to paying full price for Microsoft project. What do you dislike? Not as fully functional as Microsoft project but it gets the job done. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great to use for team collaboration and giving visibility to where projects are in their life cycle.

What do you like best? It was a good project management tool that was web based and could be shared with multiple companies to help with colaberation. What do you dislike? I did not have any objections to the tool. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used it manager multiple projects with multiple companies.

Smartsheet Review

What do you like best? Company is able to have shared access to all of the worksheets. We are able to accurately and efficiently schedule installers and service jobs for customers. What do you dislike? Unable to create sections within sheets. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking incoming shipments and orders. The company is able to track status of orders when colleagues are out of office.

Managing resources

What do you like best? Easy to read interface and useful with multiple collaborators. What do you dislike? Lack of auto-save feature; my colleagues and I often forget to save changes. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing and scheduling resources using the gantt chart is very helpful.
