What do you like best? It helps you track complex projects. I appreciate that you can set up predecessors and update all sheets at once. What do you dislike? It is too linear. If you have steps that are happening at the same time it's difficult to track. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps organizing multiple tasks

What do you like best? the cell history is a really good feature because in normal excel sheet, its difficult to understand who changes a particular cell and when. What do you dislike? not everyone is able to access with the link that we provide. What business problems are you solving with the product? It's Smart, But Not a Genius

What do you like best? Smartsheet is a great way to share spreadsheets across a team setting. What do you dislike? Essentially, the program feels like a glorified version of Excel with a few extra features. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to maintain a calendar of all our communications which helps our team see our year holistically. However, the program isn't great for task tracking or project accountability.

Smartsheet works for the right job

What do you like best? Smartsheet's collaboration and ease of use are the biggest benefits. It's easy to set up project plans and work on them collaboratively. This is the biggest advantage over MS Project. Additionally, the library of templates has also been helpful, and overall it's very easy to get up and running with project plans. What do you dislike? Great features I am very satisfied with this platform

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Smartsheet gives me the ability to view the basic high-level outline of a project to the most detailed outline of the same project, this is because I can create hierarchical organization in a spreadsheet. What do you like best? I like the spreadsheet layout and ability to add dependencies and link multiple spreadsheets. What do you dislike? Would be nice if there was an alternative user interface that displayed data in a dashboard or individual record format rather than spreadsheet. Similar to Excel, but includes additional useful features

What do you like best? If you are familiar with Excel, using Smartsheet is very easy to pick up. I like the "hierarchy" function, which lets you add rows that "belong" to a main row. This works well for contact lists where we have multiple contacts at one organization. What do you dislike? There is nothing in particular that I dislike.
