Smartsheet is great

What do you like best? I love this tool -- it is extremely customizable and we use it to manage all of our projects. What do you dislike? I wish that it had a way to automate "completed" emails to people who requested projects through the form option. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it as a project management tool in our marketing team

What do you like best? Product is very flexible to meet a wide range of requirements. Pricing model is very compelling compared to many other products. Cloud platform makes it very easy to collaborate with large teams and keep project details up to date. Mobile experience makes it easy to update anytime. What do you dislike? Helps to Coordinate and Track Processes

What do you like best? Easy to use, and easy to see the status, plus, since it is similar to Excel, a short learning curve What do you dislike? I have trouble establishing a new sheet...I don't always get the way to set up things. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Smartsheet helps us to track the tasks for month end, and also to track new hires and on boarding of sub-contractors.

Smartsheet works for the right job

What do you like best? Smartsheet's collaboration and ease of use are the biggest benefits. It's easy to set up project plans and work on them collaboratively. This is the biggest advantage over MS Project. Additionally, the library of templates has also been helpful, and overall it's very easy to get up and running with project plans. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the spreadsheet layout and ability to add dependencies and link multiple spreadsheets. What do you dislike? Would be nice if there was an alternative user interface that displayed data in a dashboard or individual record format rather than spreadsheet. Great features I am very satisfied with this platform

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Smartsheet gives me the ability to view the basic high-level outline of a project to the most detailed outline of the same project, this is because I can create hierarchical organization in a spreadsheet. Similar to Excel, but includes additional useful features

What do you like best? If you are familiar with Excel, using Smartsheet is very easy to pick up. I like the "hierarchy" function, which lets you add rows that "belong" to a main row.
