Convenient for End Users
What do you like best? Using the software was extremely easy for the purposes needed in my previous position. The company used Smartsheet to manage information related to company payroll across multiple locations. The implementation was easy to use and it was incredibly easy to submit information. Great communication tool!

Great organizing and inventory tool
What do you like best? It's fairly easy to use and sorts data based on the categories you choose. For instance, it will show you when inventory is low or outdo you can restock. What do you dislike? There's nothing I dislike about the product. I do wish it could sort on item type not just alpha (without me having to categorize, which I know is unrealistic,but overall is great. Smartsheer is user friendly!
What do you like best? smartsheer is much more user friendly and easy to train new people to rather than excel. What do you dislike? There's not much I dislike, I have all pros to say! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have found it's so much easier to train our members using smaersheer than excel or other products. People are using it more now because of this.

Very diverse tool for project management and collaboration
What do you like best? You can upload a file to the spreadsheet. It allows multiple people view and edit at the same time. It's easy to get start with, as its interface looks very similar to excel. What do you dislike? The edited content is not refreshed instantly. The other users needs to renew the page to see the changes. Great project management tool
What do you like best? It's an easy to use tool that lets you centralize everything for a project and collaborate with many, internal or extend to the organization. What do you dislike? You can't copy and paste copy into other documents directly from smartsheet. I often have to export into excel first. What business problems are you solving with the product? Ditch spreadsheet
What do you like best? This tool is the most awesome tool that you can ever imagine. It does the work and sends you emails/reminders when your task is due. What do you dislike? The only problem I seem to have with this I am not sure I like the layout plus ease of use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We ditched the MS Projects and classic spreadsheets.
