Smartsheet allows us to work on our tasks effectively, and improves the interaction between team members

I love that my whole team can have an access to all the tasks that need to be completed, smartsheet allows us to attach documents instead of emailing them. This app keeps our priority first, and we are able to view all the tasks and which deadlines are close. Not what I was expecting
What do you like best? That it can track tasks, assign people and notify them. What do you dislike? I thought there would be depth to it than just tracking tasks, a place to hold templates, forms, archive project documents and assets. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Didn't really solve any, continued to look.

What do you like best? It's very Excel-like, so the learning curve is very short. The GUI is intuitive and the export functions are simple What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the personalization of it and the ability to create different styles of plans for different purposes. What do you dislike? Some complications have come up with the JIRA integrations, but the support staff there has been very helpful. There could be more automations set between the two to make things more efficient.
