What do you like best about Smartly.io? Definitely the ease of the platform and the 24 hour support that is always available. Specifically the image templates and video templates is a beneficial thing and has helped us to be able to support more promotions within our activity.

What do you like best about Smartly.io? The fast reaction of smartly product team and the willingness to fix bugs or build function base on our feedbacks - lots of big companies like facebook or google don't do that at all. Smartly truly shows what it means by "customer at core"

What do you like best about Smartly.io? A smart & user-friendly interface, with bid strategies + creatives formats allowed us to scale the business efficiently in a very short timespan. I particularly like the high level of support we receive from our account manager and the whole team, always available in chat 24/h.

"Great for Adding Image template, bad for bulk editing campaign and adset settings"
What do you like best about Smartly.io? Image templates do help with the branding and image of the ads put out by the business. The auto naming of Ad sets and Ads helps a lot as well as the auto generation of UTM tracking parameters
