The instant customer service is amazing, whenever something doesn't work or a feature is missing or not working well, the teams very frequently fix or build it within a very short time. Furthermore the automation features work very well and save us a lot of time.

What do you like best about Smartly.io? I like that there are more features than Business Manager for example the possibility to add 10-20% lookalikes is very useful. The platform is also a lot more user friendly than Business Manager.

What do you like best about Smartly.io? We use Smartly the most for the ways in which they help us automate online marketing. In which we usefeed-based advertising, the Dynamic Product Ads and the Image Template the most. Other features that are usefull are the pivot tables and their export function to Google's Data Studio.
