"Overall experience is very good. Smartly is easy to use and the ads run very well."
What do you like best about Smartly.io? Ease of use and continued improvement of the UI. Support is always their online when required. Our dynamic ads run really well and the results delivered meets and exceeds targets. We are looking forward to implementing even more dynamic ads to improve on our good performance. Creating campaigns is also somewhat more streamlined than using Facebook Ads Manager. Of note particularly is the audience management, bulk creation and automatic UTM tagging.

"User Friendly & Great Customer Service!"
What do you like best about Smartly.io? I absolutely love using Smartly for our Facebook and Instagram campaigns. The dashboard is very user friendly and has a 24 hour support chat. It is easy to pull reports, set up campaigns, and conduct lift and split tests. The support chat is a major plus to get answers quickly and easily. The staff at Smartly is exceptional.
