We have great Smartly partners that support us and regularly communicate any product updates or any changes they think may have a material impact to our campaigns. If there are ever any issues whether it be from due to a bug, the feed or auction dynamics issues on the FB front, they're quick to respond and are involved in our communications with Facebook to provide solutions and assistance.

"Great product, but load times are killer"
What do you like best about Smartly.io? I like the ability to bulk edit ad sets/campaigns, changing budget by %, creating ad templates to import it to multiple ad sets, and the ability to create video templates.
