What do you like best? It is an incredible tool that helps to learn how your customers behave when surfing your web. It is also useful to see if any section fails, and ways to improve it. What do you dislike? There is really nothing that dislike me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benefits are being witness of what sections do your customers prefer to visit.

What do you like best? I love that we can see what our users are seeing. A design company was going to charge us a ridiculous amount of money for the same thing. What do you dislike? Very helpful and intuitive, many options

What do you like best? I like the option to add events, and that they can be linked to a css selector, and to create funnels based on these events. What do you dislike? I miss the option to create an event with 2 filters, i.e. "css selector is..." AND "text is...". Great tool to get insights about our clients' behaviour

What do you like best? This tool was recommended to us by our outsource marketing expert. Smartlook enables us to see what our clients actually to in our website and gain useful insights on how to improve the website. What do you dislike? I really do not see any downsides of using Smartlook. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Thanks to Smartlook we saw a few bugs on our website and fixed them after.

Fantastic Results and a Very Easy Set Up

What do you like best? I really enjoyed how easy it is to start using Smartlook (specially in my case, as I already used Google Tag Manager - Smartlook allows you to integrate with your website without needing to ad any new code to the pages if you already have Tag Manager's Global Tag). What do you like best? The user interface is easy to use and has plenty of guides to provide more in-depth information. What do you dislike? Would be good to get more information from the recording overview page (such as platform referral) before jumping into a recording What problems are you solving with the product?
