Game Changer
What do you like best? Almost everything :) Heatmaps and recordings are the best! We are able to figure out how our users are using the site. What do you like best? Reviewing large amounts of Screen Recordings can be a painful and time consuming experience, but Smart Look Segments, Recommends and Links User Paths in order to make that easy. What do you dislike? Really useful insights.
What do you like best? I prefer the user interface to Hotjar, its less cluttered.I also like how easy is it to create funnels, and tag elements on the page, to track events. What do you dislike? It hides some fields but this is more related to GDPR than smartlook. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm realising we have some issues with lack of shipping information.

Useful tool for understanding your users
What do you like best? Every user is recorded so we can use if for support and for insights. What do you dislike? I'd like a bit more control over funnels and a bit nicer visualization of the progress on the dashboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
